In September 2017, the International Diversity Conference was created with the purpose of connecting different players from the segments and pillars of the economy, fostering the generation of jobs and business for the LGBTI+ community and diversity-friendly companies.

The main objective is to build a network between buyers and suppliers and to disseminate quality knowledge for the development of companies, destinations, organizations and speakers.

The International Diversity Conference is aimed at companies, organizations, tourist destinations, public authorities and professionals interested in discussing diversity within the context of the diverse economy, companies, culture, sports and LGBT tourism.

The event is diverse, inclusive and a space for the exchange of best practices that will contribute to increasing employability and boosting companies run by entrepreneurs from the community focused on building a more humane, equitable and democratic society that allows the development of dignity through financial autonomy as a reality.
